1. Undertaking

ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD undertakes to provide all services offered subject to these terms and conditions, which are accepted by the traveler upon confirmation of services.

2. Definitions

– ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD: Refers to the company providing travel services.

– Traveler: Individuals, groups, companies, or other legal persons utilizing the services provided by ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD, including agents of travelers.

– Services: The provision of accommodation, transportation, meals, and other travel services and activities as offered by ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD and accepted by the traveler.

3. Booking and Application of Terms

A booking becomes legally binding once ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD issues a confirmation to the traveler, either via email or written communication. From that point forward, both parties are bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Terms of Payment

A deposit of 30% of the quoted tour price is required upon confirmation of services.

Full payment and rooming lists are due 9 weeks (65 days) before the commencement of services.

Kindly ensure ALL bank costs are covered when making international payments.

Payment through Visa and MasterCard is also accepted through an online pay gate system. A 3.5% levy is charged on all card payments to cover banking fees.

If payments are made in negotiable foreign currency, the payer will be responsible for any shortfall resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 65 days prior to arrival are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 65 and 31 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee plus any charges from suppliers.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee plus any charges from suppliers.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request, excluding non-refundable deposits and fees charged by suppliers.

6. Tour Operator Rights and Responsibilities

ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD reserves the right to make amendments or cancellations to itineraries and services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supplier availability, or other events beyond our control.

In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible. If necessary, alternative services will be offered or refunds will be issued, depending on the situation.

7. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all legal entry requirements, including obtaining the correct visas, passports, vaccinations, and health precautions.

Travelers must purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen incidents. Failure to obtain such insurance may result in the traveler assuming all risks related to the trip.

8. Force Majeure

ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

In the event of force majeure, ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD will make every effort to offer alternatives, but refunds and rescheduling will be handled based on the specific circumstances and supplier policies.

9. Indemnity

Travelers participating in adventure or high-risk activities (such as safaris, hiking, water sports, etc.) do so at their own risk. ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD will not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss that occurs during such activities.

The traveler agrees to indemnify ONE TURN TRAVEL 158 PTY LTD from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in the tour or services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Should this fail, mediation or arbitration will be the next step before any court action is taken.

The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern this agreement, and the courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction over any legal claims or disputes.
